Welcome to the world of the United States Navy. As a former sailor, I became a part of an organization that created it's own unique language, jargon, and has a million different ridiculous acronyms. A wall is no longer a wall, there isn't any  more bathrooms, floors or beds. I became a "pollywog", a "FNG", and a "boxkicker". The only way I learned this world was being in it. Now, I will share my knowledge and help those entering the Navy avoid any confusion and culture shock, oh and perhaps a prank or five. For those of you who are as salty as I am, I want to take you on a trip down memory lane. The Navy is not for the faint of heart. It is crude, rude, profane and definitely politically incorrect. This book is filled with all the terminology, jargon, slang and acronyms you can stand to help you survive the adjustment+++Plus a whole lot of helpful advice on situations, leadership, living conditions and expectations, and much more. All you Navy people out there will laugh at, understand and read how everything can get "Charlie Foxtrot!"  This is also a perfect "Welcome Aboard" and/or S.O.P to add to anyone's shop to give to the "booters" and/or anyone else who needs a reference (and/or perhaps a Foxtrot Uniform). Included is a bonus, is a 10-page informational book with interesting facts and things you will see in the Navy, like who are the Skittles? If you are looking for the perfect gift for someone going to Navy boot camp, graduating from Navy boot camp, is already in the Navy, is a veteran of the Navy, or anyone just curious about the Navy, this is the gift you've been looking for. Almost 240 pages of information in an A-Z format for quick, easy reference. It will satisfy any occasion: Graduation, Birthdays, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Memorial Day, Armed Forces Day, Veteran's Day, and Xmas for any sailor past, present and future.
