Clutters are needless burdens. They are things that you don't need and are taking too much space not only in your home but in your mind as well. Dealing with our incidences of rejection at the hand of others, for example, may help in revealing the false thinking patterns we've established. One by one these can be repealed, but first, we must become aware of them.
