I am a lover of soups and in my restaurant soup and one of the recipes I love to make, in this book, I report 600 soups created, tasted and served in my restaurant over the last 5 years, a lot of soups I discovered in my many trips which I have done for my job in different countries where I was working for famous hotels as chef, and from this experience I met local soups recipes create from local peoples and of course tasted from me :)
