Karen was beautiful, wealthy and lonely. She was a woman, and like all women, she had needs and desires. When she stops to pick up hitchhiker, Harland, in an African desert, she sees her chance of fulfilment. She takes him to her palace in the wilderness and offers him a bed for the night.
There is no such thing as a free lunch and Harland knows it. He realizes Karen’s desires and is only too willing to satisfy her needs. While Harland is shaving, Karen arrives in suitable attire and makes known her needs and desires in a language Harland understands extremely well and one he speaks fluently.
Being a gentleman, Harland willingly succumbs to all of Karen’s requests and the evening progresses into something he never dreamed possible.
As all good things must come to an end, is it really the end for Karen and Harland? Will he ever see her again? Do the gods play dice with the Fate of Men?
