This book tells the turbulent life story of a young teenage girl, Lisa Dean, abused and eventually raped by her violent and drunken father. After running away she finds friendship and solace with a prostitute who takes pity on her after a violent street confrontation. Slowly, she drifts into the world of vice. The Deal sounds too good to be true for her - a fortune to spend as she chooses, but one day he will get out and the ‘Deal’ is that both her and the money are his.
