Jayden looked down are her and gazed into her beautiful violet eyes. Cybele was looking at his eyes, too, and this is why she saw a bit of golden flash in them. There was something fierce, almost predatory about the way he looked at her, but it didn’t seem to frighten her. She could feel the heat coming from him and she knew that all she had to do was make one slight move with her head and he would be hers. In that moment, she had never wanted a man more. So she moved her head in just the right way to put herself in the way of the kiss she had been praying for.
With a slight groan in the back of his throat, his lips claimed hers in one swift movement. As his tongue slid into her mouth, it was if her body had caught fire. Her breasts heaved against him as she gave herself over to his soul reaching kiss. No one had ever kissed her this way. It was sweet, fiery, possessive, and dangerous all at once.
