A collection of haiku describes a battle between a dragon and a knight, and a more modern style of poem describes searching for a dragon in the modern world. The four short stories explore dragons as intelligent shapeshifter, companion and beast.
Dragon Coast is about a young girl’s struggle to find a career. Jessica is out of work and in desperate need of a job. When fashion company, Dragon Coast, start advertising vacancies, she decides to aim high and then work her way down the list.
Everything has its Price is about a tale told by a squire about a blind bard’s encounter with a dragon.
The Duel is about two young men engaging in a duel over a woman’s honour.
Dueling with the Dragon is a series of haiku depicting a battle between a dragon and a knight.
Where be Dragon? is a speculative paranormal urban poem about the discovery of a modern dragon.
The Dragon in my Shadow about the discovery of another urban dragon, albeit this time in an office environment in the middle of one woman’s battle for career survival.
