The adventure that began in An Elephant in the Window continues with this comic-book style story. The children return to find their friends the toys have been thrown out. After another adventure they rescue them and smuggle them home to safety.

An Elephant in the Window is a charming story in which children learn the value of nature and kindness, and enjoy a daring adventure with their friends the stuffed toys from the windowledge.  In this sequel, presented in comic-book graphic style by author and artist Bob Williams, the children return on a Christmas visit to find the toys have been relegated to the garden shed.  Liberating them from the garbage bag, they go on another adventure, meeting old friends from the last book.  Finally they manage to smuggle the toys home with them.  Watch for more adventures to come, and coloring and activity books based on the author's works.
