Oscar is a guardian angel tasked with the care and later the guidance of a somewhat incorrigible character, Walt. Whom he tries with only limited success to lead down a straight and narrow path. Blessed with the patience and character of, well, an angel, he will need all his talents to accomplish this endeavor.

Walt for his part is convinced that he may be saddled with a lazy angel who is not always up to the task of protecting him. These conflicting views develop into a point of contention between these two even as a real friendship evolves.

As Walt's belief that Oscar's job should be to watch out for him on a daily basis clashes with Oscar's belief that his job is to build character in a somewhat flawed character the events that transpire will leave you in stitches.

Between the two of them they will turn everyday situations into impossible feats of whimsy in a way no average person might concoct, until you read their story. And then it all falls into place in a unique and entertaining perspective that carries the reader from here to where in a ride-a-long of fun and fancy.
