The feature article presents an analysis of the picturesque canvases of one known young artist in Kazakhstan and abroad - Rafael Slekenov. In his works, there is a special rhythm of vanguard breathing, associated with unusual freedom in the choice of thought and methods of its artistic embodiment. Magnetic attraction of his work determined by the particular combination of pastoral and dramatic effect, expressed in a passionate energy rush of author`s internal subtext.
