The story starts with the ancient legend of how darkness and light were created, and the myths of the rising of the 4 brothers and their wives. All the brothers are children of the Sun. Their main purpose is destroying darkness in the world. Ayar Cachi, the strongest of the brothers and sole possessor of the Sun’s Sacred (slingshot) rises with his wife Mama Cora. In the same way are presented Ayar Uchu the second in command and the most temperamental of the brothers, accompanied by his wife Mama Rahua. The third brother Ayar Manco is only focused on the mission of destroying darkness together with his wife Mama Ocllo. Finally, Ayar Auca the youngest, naive and most playful of the brothers, is always protected by his wife Mama Huaco who is very strong and feared.
