GENRE: Children’s Adventure
(An Unofficial Minecraft Book for Kids Ages 9 - 12 (Preteen)
Book 1: Wrongly Accused
Mark is a normal player who has been struggling to survive in the world of Minecraft. He isn’t very good at building things, but he does his best to build a safe house to stay the night. Unfortunately, Creepers won’t let him keep his house in one piece, and are constantly destroying it every night.
Tired of living on his own, Mark goes out to find a city where he can live in harmony with other players. And luckily, the server where he is playing has the perfect spot for what he needs: a small and nice village inside a jungle.
The players living in the village are in balance with nature, and the place is the perfect residence for Mark who just wants to live a peaceful life.
But unexpected events take place in the village, and Mark is kicked out of the place without having a chance to defend himself. Angry with the villager’s decision, Mark goes on a rampage and starts griefing and trolling the village.
He is constantly pulling pranks and trolling the villagers with traps, and rumors inside the village are blaming Herobrine for those tricks. Mark takes advantage of Herobrine’s bad fame as a hoax, and uses his name to continue trolling the village.
Mark doesn’t know yet, but there is someone else who has been watching him lately, and who wants to make him pay for his wrongdoings…
Book 2: Punished
Mark had a lot of fun in his former village. After being kicked out of the place for stealing Wheat when he was actually innocent, he decided to follow a path that few players choose: the path of griefing.
He became a griefer and a troll, pulling pranks on the citizens and doing the possible to make fun and humiliate the other players; all in the name of his vengeance. Little did he know that someone was watching his actions, and this person was no one less than Notch, the developer of the game.
Notch teleported him to his own world, where he transformed Mark into Herobrine. As Herobrine, Mark must help people in need and assist other players, as a way to compensate everything he has done as a griefer.
After taking advantage of Herobrine’s reputation for so long, Mark is forced to face his new condition as the legendary creature itself and help humans with all his limitations, such as not being able to craft anything or lie. He must only speak the truth, and help others as possible.
Book 3: Redemption
A player who has become Herobrine to pay for his crimes. What sounded like a dream became reality for Mark, a normal player who lived on a server and was removed by the other residents for stealing Wheat.
Mark griefed and trolled the players to the point where Notch, upon seeing what Mark was doing, decided to teach him a lesson. And this is a lesson Mark will never forget…
As Herobrine, Mark has been transferred to different servers, tasked to help players in need and overcome their goals. Mark must learn the proper way to play the game by assisting others, whilst learning new things in the process.
His tasks as Herobrine include finding a missing horse, helping a player pay for his server debts, and even fight the mighty Ender Dragon with three clumsy siblings who have been trying to achieve their objective for years.
Discover what Mark needs to do to complete his missions, how he will fulfill Notch’s goals and if he will go back to normal before being kicked out of all servers.
