I have been putting each successive 50 blog posts into eBooks and this is the eighth one that you are reading now. I had missed out a few blog posts, mainly linked to other people’s blogs but I thought it would be good for completeness to add those back in so that is what I have done in this volume, so excuse the out of order parts!
