Everything we do communicates a specific message to our body. And when transforming your health and physique is your goal, understanding your body's inner language is necessary for long term success. This inner language is what I've termed "BodyTalk." 

I started learning the 9 BodyTalk principles when I decided to take my fitness to the next level and compete in Drug Free Natural BodyBuilding. I've always look at my body as my temple so I had worries and reservations because of the many horror stories I read and heard about online of what people have done in order to look incredible on stage. I only have one body, and I wanted to attain high levels in natural bodybuilding but didn't want to compromise my health in the process. 

I began searching, researching, and testing theories, principles, and even bodybuilding folklore to see what information was actually valuable and necessary to the process and what wasn't. In this process I began to uncover that getting the body of your dreams boils down to a few principles that have very little to do with how you train in the gym. 70% of the results come from adopting better nutritional habits (like learning about macros) and better lifestyle habits (training less and getting more rest). 

WHAT BODYTALK HAS DONE FOR ME: 
- metabolism is the fastest it's ever been 
- body fat level stays low without excessive amounts of cardio 
- muscle builds at a faster rate 
- spend less time in the gym training and more time getting results 

HOW? 
BodyTalk will show you the framework necessary in order to align your WANTS with your body's NEEDS. This is a simple process. But simple doesn't mean easy. Consistency is key! By applying these 9 principles you will be able to learn your body on a more intimate level which will enable you to understand what your body's needs are which in turn will help you attain your wants.
