In a previous installment, Ricky, age 13, and his sister, Angie, age 10, find a middle aged guy in a motel lobby, Bob Monroe, and convince him to help them chase after their mother, who might be a Russian spy, and who possibly abandoned them as illegal aliens near a Groton, CT, naval submarine location, now being buzzed and infiltrated by North and South Korean missile launching subs in the Long Island Sound.
Now, Ricky, a genius prodigy, is working at the lab, while Angie is still undercover, and Monroe is worried that they will all be arrested.
