Nina's friend and his family are killed by a Brazilian drug cartel. She calls on her family's assets and on Fritz, her new found love, to avenge him and give some peace to the people of Brazil that sheltered her while running from her own enemies. This short takes place shortly after the "Prey for Vengeance" novel but serves as a standalone.

Nina emerges from the shadows to enter the four way international family feud. Her killing ground is a school hosting the children of her enemies. Instead of assasination attempts and poisoners that she had trained for, she finds herself gathering allies and enemies of her own.
