In 1971 I had a very long dream that I typed out and recently I found it in a dream log in my garage. I used it as the first thirty pages of this novella. I think it might have been about a past life I had because it was what I call a movie dream, where I play another person but I experience the dream as myself. In this one I was a woman named Mary who lived in Southern California and was unhappy about her job, her man and her weight. One night a friend gives her a little Dutch bunny and that’s when things start getting weird because the rabbit seems to have the ability to heal. That is the catalyst for Mary to change in a big way. There was mysticism and romance in the dream and I added in hijinks for good measure.
