Castle Entime, one of the last great English castles, was built with the aid of witchcraft in the 1350's.  Its black walls were an impenetrable stone endowed with mystical properties.  From her place of power, the Lady Marina terrorized the villagers of Entime until they rose up against her with a new weapon.  To save herself, the Lady spent the last of her magic to transform into a picture on the castle wall, where she remained trapped.

Forgotten for centuries, the castle fell into ruin.  The black stones faded to a dull gray, and the walls, once impervious to attack, crumbled.  Then a man of great wealth bought the castle and rebuilt it, stone by stone, in the Los Angeles hills.  Suddenly, its gray color turned back to black, and more than ghosts were released into the L.A. night.
