Stacey kisses her husband goodbye whenever he leaves town on a business trip, which for a man of his status is quite often.  When he is away, Stacey does not spend her nights alone, however.  Scott lives just ten miles away and is always willing to give Stacey what she wants and needs while her husband is away.  Scott’s suggestion to spend a night at a new resort north of the city is exciting to Stacey, and she loves the idea of almost getting caught.  The two lovers are very discreet, but when they oversleep after their night at the resort Stacey wonders if she has pushed her limits too far this time.

Excerpt:
Scott set Stacey’s glass of wine down on the table and kissed her again, deeply and passionately.  “Let’s go away for the night.  I have a room reserved at the new resort a few miles north of the city.”

“Scott, are you crazy?  I can’t leave here.  Someone will see us up there.”

“Not a chance.  The resort is huge and our suite is on the top floor with a beautiful view.  Besides, we will set the alarm and leave while it is still dark.”

If Scott’s hands had not been slowly making their way down Stacey’s chest and opening her blouse, she may have had the strength to say no.

******

Scott and Stacey had no intention of sleeping until morning, but the sun had been streaming through the small crack between the curtains for awhile when they awoke.

“Scott,” Stacey said.  “Scott, wake up.”  Stacey rolled him over and he slowly came to life.

“What time is it?” he asked.

“I don’t know, but the sun is up.  We were going to be gone before sunrise.”

“Well, I guess we missed the mark, but I can’t say we missed the mark last night,” he teased.

“Scott, this is bad.  We have to go.  Someone will see us.”

Scott yawned and stretched.  “I know, I know.  Join me in the shower?”

He kissed her before she had a chance to say no.  She couldn’t resist him.  He was her drug.
