A world ravaged by magic,
A nation wounded by greed and war.
These are the Chronicles of Spire.

Under the long, thin shadow of the Spire, humanity is finally reaching its well-earned golden age. Despite costly wars against the venomous Fae and their thralls, the human race refuses to be beaten by these so-called 'nature spirits'. A union of human nations called the Realm Coalition watches vigilant over the land and builds their power and knowledge.

However, not all is well for humanity in this new age. The Realm Coalition is rebuilding in the wake of a costly civil war. Peace, a scant few years of reprieve from having to fight themselves rather than monsters, is on the edge of being shattered. With sword and science, an unlikely union must race to discover the truth behind this new shadowy threat.

Each Tale ranges from conflicts personal and internal to the characters involved, to fights for the stability of the nation. Though they have independent plot lines and casts, the Tales follow overarching themes. The most prominent of these themes include how people handle and pursue power and the importance of maintaining hope in the face of uncertainty.
