Cindy is tied to the mast of a Pirate Ship float during Mardi Gras and as part of the show she is beaten and stripped. Her eyes lock with a stranger in the crowd pleading with him to save her. Sean is in New Orleans selling one of his many companies and follows the float. She tugs something in him and he must save her. His first instinct is the heal her and find a home for her.
