If the Shroud Fits - Wear It!
Judi is producing and directing a play for the children's hospital. A man with a morose outlook was playing Death. Someone noted the part was given to the right person! Judi said, "If the shroud fits..."
Then the man was found dead. Wearing that shroud. It was the same night of the performance. A woman had almost destroyed the play with her ham acting.
Clint had to delve into a few pasts to solve this one.
Curtain Death
A dense curtain of fog on the Enel Fortuna dam. Two bodies who seemed at first to be victims of hit and run.
Not those two! One was a hood who had been convicted in an earlier case and the other was the judge who had discovered a discrepancy in the courtroom procedure - that was made-up.
That sheik the case was about was dead. What was behind this?
A Wreath for Sam
A funeral wreath is delivered to Sam with the delivery girl calling, "A wreath for Sam!"
Sam wasn't dead. He was the one the wreath was delivered to.
Was it a threat or a mistake? He called Clint to investigate. He felt it could be a threat to his family.
What did gold extruded as electrical cable have to do with it? Where did that gold come from?
A Poisonous Personality
Gertrude Aimsley was a vitriolic, malicious personality. Now someone was trying to poison her.
Clint investigates to find there are a lot of discrepancies in her story. For instance: how did her husband die? Why were those people from his family there?
Was someone trying to knock her over to get the company and money? Was it something far different than that?
