Come, Listen to a Prophet's Voice
On 5 April 1986, President Ezra Taft Benson addressed the young men of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. That was the beginning of a series of eight talks delivered to those in the Church of various ages and interests, the last being given on 30 September 1989 to the elderly. Few talks have had as much influence on Church members today as those eight talks. In a world of shifting values and roles, President Benson clearly defined the responsibilities and challenges of children, youth, single adults, parents, and the elderly and lovingly proffered the Lord's direction and encouragement. All eight addresses are included in this volume in the order they were given. Because of the breadth and scope of the prophet's messages in this series, every member of the Church of any age or circumstance will be touched and blessed by his inspired counsel.
