Brooke is scheduled to work with an out of town client over the weekend and with her ex away on his honeymoon, she has no idea what to do.  Her girls are two young to stay home alone and she can’t take them to work with her.  Then she thinks of Chet, the nicest neighbor on the block, but also the cutest.  The girls love him, and he loves pushing them on the swing set, and they laugh when he wears funny hats at their make believe tea parties.  The young man is more than happy to watch the two little girls, and he moves in for the weekend.  There is only one possible flaw in the arrangement.  Brooke has not been able to take her eyes off of her sexy neighbor since the day she moved into the neighborhood.

Excerpt:

There was only one thing wrong with the cozy situation.  Chet had been a sounding board since she had moved into the neighborhood, and she liked the guy…a lot.  She tried not to admit it, but she couldn’t help it.  He was gorgeous and a real sweetheart.

When Brooke came home that night, she changed her clothes and then she went downstairs to the family room.  The girls had gone to bed, and Chet was slouched on the sofa in only his underwear, nearly asleep.  His long legs were wide apart, giving Brooke just a hint of what might lie inside his shorts.  A fine layer of dark hair covered his legs.  This is going to be a long weekend, she said to herself.  It had been a long time since she had been with a man.  She sat down and as the chair squeaked, Chet opened his eyes.
