Dead Wrong is about a young woman name Tasha Marie Smith. Tasha is an African-American woman from Cincinnati, Ohio. She moved to Columbus, Ohio as a teenager with her parents. Ms. Smith is organized, goal oriented, and self-reliant. She has a bachelor’s degree and is working on her master’s. Life couldn’t get any better than this. Tasha is a smart woman because she makes goals for her life that are attainable. They are attainable because she doesn’t have a family to take care of and her immediate family is willing to help her. It is a good life. Well, it was a good life until her life took a 180 degree turn down the wrong direction. It was all because of a man named Jacob. Jacob seemed to be everything she yearned for; educated, well-groomed, confident, financially set, didn’t have any kids, and he was single. Or was he? What more did she need? He was everything she thought she needed. He exemplified success and she wouldn’t stop until she also achieved success. What she didn’t know was that sometimes success comes with a high price and his price was everlasting. Was Tasha willing to pay the price of success?
