While Tiger researched all of the details she could find about Keeper's parent's accident, Keeper investigated the department store, looking for any obvious differences; like the odd, locked extra room in the warehouse basement.

There, hidden away from curious eyes and spared from the ravages of time, she found equipment that could have been used in perpetrating the murders. But searching near the rocky banks of the Chestnut River tributary was risky; Tiger was discovered! The undercurrents of helping Billy suddenly turned deadlier; shots were fired...
