Presently, almost all dietitians, doctors and even diabetes specialists think type-2 diabetes is a disease which is very chronic and progressive in nature and cannot be cured permanently, making it a fatal medical situation. The book “The Diabetes Code” shifts the paradigm and throws light at the steps by which the type-2 diabetes can be reversed and above all prevented too. The book explained how the conventional methods of treatment which mostly rely on insulin and various other drugs used for lowering blood-glucose levels aggravate the issue more. This result is a remarkable weight gain and certain cardiac conditions. The book gives out the idea that the most effective way to prevent and reverse type-2 diabetes is fasting and proper diet planning rather than the generally accepted medicated treatments.

This Diabetes Code Cookbook presents you with recipes that subscribe to the sound recommendations of the “The Diabetes Code” book. These recipes are not only delicious and easy to prepare but are also recipes that will not spike up your sugar level and help you achieve and maintain a healthy weight.
