“Diamond Palm” is the safe conditioning of the “Palm” only, that enables one to perform various breaking techniques upon a variety of objects, humans not withstanding. “Diamond Palm” is all about the break! It is a relatively new art form, slowly developing in the Western culture only, and is in no way reflective of the East. Its popularity has been on the raise ever since the mid-nineteen fifties (1950s), and has grown ever since. The fact that we use it in our Martial Arts, gives off a false impression of it being Eastern, (this is not the case). Diamond Palm uses the complete flat surface of the whole hand (Only), and no other portion of the hand, wrist or fist. It is in this distinction that it is named “Diamond Palm”. We make no apologies for any Miss-Interpretations of, and or Definitions of Diamond Palm.
