The funny thing about my success on Zazzle.com is, that I do not really know when I signed up with Zazzle. I do know it was 2 or 3 years ago. A good online friend of mine had recommended the site as she was earning several hundred Dollars with it per year and she thought I might enjoy it. She also recommended it to me because of the photos I had shared online.

I then did what most new Zazzlers do: I created a few products (less than 20) and waited for my first sale. This sale did not come and I was frustrated after a few weeks. In retrospective, it was my own fault but back then I did not know that yet. So I forgot about Zazzle and told my friend that it is not a site that I enjoy. I was so wrong!

And then a LOT later, a miracle did happen. Shortly before Christmas 2011 I got an email from Zazzle that I had sold an iPhone case. At first I thought that was a spam email (you know, like “You have won!”) as I really had forgotten about Zazzle. But I logged in and saw over $3 in my account. Wow!

That somehow sparked my enthusiasm and I digged deeper into Zazzle. I tried to organize my shop and I created more and more products. I tried to create one new product every day to get some kind of routine. I also tried several social marketing tricks and soon (in January 2012) I sold another product. I was so happy!

And that’s mainly how it all started. I keep myself busy with Zazzle and every month is better than the previous month and it keeps me going. At first, I was happy with one sale per month. Then suddenly, it increased to one sale per week. Now I have several sales per week and am happy when I have more than one sale on the same day! I had received my first cash out of €70 (about $100) in August and will receive my second one in November. I am having several sales per week now!

If you want to know what I did to turbocharge my Zazzle sales, this book is for you!
