A strange love story! Richard Hooper is a middle aged man trapped in a loveless marriage and an unfulfilling job where the decisions are made by the computer and with nothing to look forward to for the rest of his life. He decides to buy a new car and instead of a conventional family estate he buys a coupe as his children have flown the nest. This decision changes his life with surprising results, he will never be the same again! This story was originally a radio play I wrote back in 2008 that was never broadcast. I have now rewritten it as a story which has allowed me to give the characters more depth. I hope you enjoy it!
