Nancy Golinski is an American Council on Exercise certified personal trainer. She has a Master’s degree in Exercise Science and has been a college professor for the past 10 years. She is very passionate about health and fitness and empowers women to make healthy choices. In the past Nancy was a member of a sailing team and competed in international events. These days she prefers more quiet activities such as yoga, hiking, and weight-lifting. Nancy underwent a hysterectomy in 2011 at the age of 44. This is her first book.
