Maximus Fuller is obsessed with one beautiful, female season: APRYL! Driven by the dark corners of his mind, he baptizes himself in the shadows of Apryl's world. Yet, after shifting from shadow to shadow, Maximus’ prying eyes soon discovers that Apryl's existence is for a purpose far greater than any of the ancient Seven Wonders of the World. However, through Maximus' "hi-def" scheme of shadowing Apryl, he eventually feels deceived by her as well as the everyday happenings of those who are involved in her world, after continuously witnessing shocking things about them and Apryl, which he accidentally unearthed and wasn't prepared for. Whereupon, "in the flesh," Maximus' hand is now forced to take part in a whole new obsession: DUE SEASON!
