WANTED
Family Man. Must Love Children.
Payment Negotiable.

Rider Magrane knows what “wanted” means; he’s just been released from prison after serving five years for cattle rustling. He’s come back to Drover, Kansas, to make amends to David Warner, the man he’d wronged. He discovers the man has run off and left the most appealing woman he’s ever met – Jane Warner – in charge of his farm and his two young boys.

Jane posted the ad to lure a capable male into caring for her nephews and the farm – she herself had never been part of the deal. She assumes Rider is there about the ad, and he doesn’t clear up the misconception.

As she examines the man who appears at her homestead, all she can think about are the positive aspects of having him in her life and his influence on the boys. Rider settles in, but soon must deal with another suitor, the arrival of Jane’s younger sisters, and the untimely return of the men who originally helped him steal the cattle.

The payment is negotiable; Jane said so herself. She soon discovers no price is too dear for this handsome stranger’s heart.
The sequel to Bad Company, Family Man “is a charming, homespun historical romance that champions family values and the age-old adage that the simple things in life are best.” Kathleen Langan, Writer’s Club Romance Group on AOL Reviewer Board
