FLOPSIDED CONVERSATIONS is volume two of John O'Loughlin's 'collected dialogues', with material culled from four prior collections dating from 1982-4 and continuing in the vein of 'Lopsided Conversations', if with a more determined ideological emphasis than volume one which takes this volume to an entirely new region of the mind that intimates of material to come. The cover shows the bronze sculpture in William Street, Galway, of Oscar Wilde and Eduard Wilde, the Estonian writer, taken by John O'Loughlin himself on his mobile camera in 2010 during a visit to his hometown. The sculpture was a gift from the Estonian city of Tartu to Galway City in 2004.
