The first story is called "Ariel." Jamie, a young girl having fun with her friend, Makayla, stumbles upon something on her doorstep. She finds a porcelain doll. It's one of the most beautiful things she's seen in a while. She plans to keep it but she has yet to see where it came from. "Should I?" is the next story. Ebony is unhappy with her current situation. She goes from one crappy job to the next. When her boss decides to make racial slurs about the other workers, she quits and decides to go back to work at the strip club. "The Man, The Badge, and The Gun," tells the story of police brutality and the afterlife. Anthony dies at the hands of a police officer and tells his story of how it happened beyond the grave.
