Beth is a fifteen years old girl, she is doing well in school and as her twin brother John she is a straight A student. Her parents, Al and Lucy Wilder thinks their daughter Beth as an issue. Not exactly a mental problem, but the way she keeps talking to herself almost every night has them worried. Now it is agreed that Beth's best friend Liz is to sleep over on this Friday evening, and then out of the blue comes on of her little friends, a Gnome named Rhathon visiting. "We are having some problem Beth and need you to come with me to our dimension." "But Rhathon I am having a friend sleep-over to night." "Tell you parents that you have a stomach issue, and heavy diarrhea." "I don't like to tell a fib to my parents." "Well Beth I can fix that," said Rhathon as he moves his small hand and made some chanting. Instantly Beth has a severe stomach ache. "You better run to the bathroom before you have an accident he said with a smile." Beth calls out for her mother and hurried in to the bathroom just as her mother comes and hear Beth emptied herself. "I better call Liz and tell her that you are a sick girl." said Beth's mother and closed the door. "Now Rhathon why should I come with you?" "The Elf King has died, and as he didn't have a son, the other Elf clans will now start a fight to become the next Elf King it will be up to us to stop this war." Both Beth and Rhathon goes through the mist separating the two dimensions. Arriving to Rhathon's home, a city comes floating to meet them. "What is happening? asked Beth surprised. "Our city is moving on anti-gravity, And is coming to us instead of us going to the city. Now we have to hurry to the Elves domains and see if we can stop this war." Traveling to the Elves forest, and having a meeting with one of the clan leaders, Beth threatens him with an even bigger war if they start any fighting. Knowing the humans ability in war-making, the Elves decide to have a voting instead of a war.
