This book is about two lonely people, one who was retrieved from a horrible marriage and was trying her best to raise her fatherless son. The other person is a fellow who had a serious illness and never thought he would find happiness in his life. They are both nice people with a deluge of problems. They tried to fight off falling in love with each other but it w as next to impossible. Ellyn, the woman in the story had a terrific amount of caring and understanding. While bill did his best to overcome his horrifying fears.

It shows it's possible to put their two situations together and make a wonderful loving family life. You'll be sad with them, you'll cry with them, you'll laugh with them, and you'll rejoice with their happiness. It's amazing how two people who thought they would spend the rest of their lives alone could find such beautiful happiness and love.
