Sports Injuries continue to increase in organized or varsity athletics and in the general population because of the increased interest in fitness and sports. In the present study, all major sports injuries including foot and ankle, knee, hip flexors, hip joints, shoulders, head, forearm muscles, wrist joints, arm muscles, elbow joints, pelvic, calf etc., are described in detail in simple English language so that to reach its readers.
