This ebook contains approximately 100 short stories of Law Enforcement in the Deep South. The author shares his 17 yeas of experience to show readers the daily struggles, funny situations as well as heart break.
This ebook is intended for Mature Readers.
From the Book:
Deon jumps up and tells me to stop that he put C-4 explosives in one of the pecans. I asked him which pecan it was. He explained that was why he called us because he forgot which one it was. Even though we know it is total BS, Booth and I step over the pecans as if they had explosives in them. Deon is drunk. We call the Paramedics just to come check him out.
The City Fire Department arrives and we step outside and we tell them about the explosives pecans. They step over the pecans also. When the Ambulance gets there, same thing, they step over the pecans. Deon is fine and does not want to go to the hospital. Ambulance and Fire leave.
As we are about to leave, Deon gets up from the couch and starts sweeping the pecans with a broom. I stop him and ask him if he knows what he is doing since one of them have C-4 in it. He looks at me like I am crazy and tells me “they will not go off from side pressure, just direct pressure from above.”
