This book is about a real American Hero who received the Carnegie Hero Medal for Bravery. Its also about his son who grew up in SMALL TOWN U.S.A. along side of him. One of the greatest gifts we were given as kids was a vast supply of natural resources like the small creeks, ponds, lakes and woods that hemmed in our rural towns and communities.
