Without warning, the sounds of footsteps came from behind her. They were rapid, and approaching fast, Grace spun around and screamed she never got a look at what it was before it was upon her. It knocked the torch from her hand as strong arms grabbed Grace’s limbs. She felt a sting in her thigh. Moments later she found herself woozy, finally her thrashing ceased as her body fell limp.
