Although Slavery in The United States ended with the end of The Civil War, a new type of bondage developed to reinforce the old status quo and the caste order. The values of The Civil Rights Movement have always been the values of The Republican Party. The biographies, therefore, within In Search of The Republican Party, are an attempt to recreate the role of The Republican Party in securing Freedom, Liberty, Human Rights, and Constitutional Guarantees for the minorities.
