James Hamilton is in limbo. He’s lost everything; his wife, his home, his
children… All he has left is the job he was forced to move to keep and the empty interior of his new home. There is something insidious about the old town house he finds himself isolated within, something dark and creeping and evil.
Alone but for a friendly neighbour, loneliness and hopelessness sink their claws into his mind. Slowly he begins to lose touch with the outside world, finding solace only in brief encounters which do nothing to chase away the feeling of dread he feels within his new home.
Then things begin to happen. Strange and frightening things that at first seem to be nothing more than his imagination, but as time wears on they become unavoidably real. There is something sharing his home, and it does not have good intentions.
