The world as we know it, has ended. Giants, towering beasts of an animalistic nature, have been appearing on Earth for many years. They pay little attention to the tiny humans they destroy during their incursions. Cities and nations have fallen -- the strange, otherworldly energies that accompany the giants' appearances have warped and changed some of the world's population into smaller, anthropomorphics: hybrids of animals and humans. Humanity is both underfoot and changed as the giants, as the Titans, strike without rhyme or reason, across the face of the Earth.

But a transformed man, Randall, finds that his own ability to shift size at will may be of use to authorities tasked with fighting the scourge. As events unfold, he becomes less and less certain of himself in the wake of powers so much more potent ...so much larger... than himself.
