Thomas Cove was a small and peaceful Town located in Nova Scotia, Canada.  The town had many secrets and lies.
The biggest secrets and lies involved two families.  The Matthew's family made up from alcoholics, an abusive man and non convicted murders.

The Murray Family made up of Doctors, Lawyers and law enforcement.

The two families were going to be forever intertwined because of the children.

Mark Murray and Paige Matthews had their lives planned ahead of them even at the age of eighteen, planning on running away in a year.  Not caring about the family feuds that their parents had.  They were in love.

Then in two tragic nights, one right after another everything changes.  Mark's brother is dead from a house fire, and Paige is on trial for his death.  Without proof she is sent away into foster care half way across canada.

Now Ten years later, Paige's mother has passed away and she is forced to go home to  make final arrangements and face her past.

Mark has choices to make, ruin his family and his brothers good name to tell the truth of what really happened the night his brother died?  Or does he say nothing and act like nothing ever happened between him and Paige.

Paige has her own secrets, and has her own lies.  Ones that could shake the foundation of Thomas Cove to the core.
