Greetings! My name is Paul John Demo Jr. and I am the founder of The  Universal Life Coaching Institute as well as the author of the author of “It All Makes Perfect Sense Now”. I started all of this with the expectation of doing something I love and live a life of happiness.  I decided to help others visualize their dreams, become aware of their limitless potential, and help them achieve happiness.
In 2012 my world changed dramatically and everything I had ever believed to that point was tested. After years of struggling to support my family in the midst of one of the worst recessions in US History, I came to a crossroads.  I had reached a point in my life where I was compelled to make a choice, I could continue to struggle or I could radically change my life.  After much thought it became obvious to me that the answer I was getting was to take a chance for the betterment of my family and most importantly myself. Little did I know that happiness and living a life Beyond my wildest imagination were well  within my reach. I just needed to totally change my thinking.

Years earlier I had seen a woman speak at a Unity church one Sunday, and her message so captivated and inspired me that as soon as I would return home, I visited her website and there she was. The woman whose message left a lasting impression in my subconscious. Three years later I signed up for my first life coaching course. I hit the ground running.

My childhood was anything but typical.  I came from a very broken home.  My parents both were married and divorced numerous times.  I was raised by a stepfather who felt that the best way to teach me a lesson was to beat it into me.  I did not have much contact with my biological father, which meant I did not have a positive male role model in my life.  The two men who did impact my life the most my biologic father and stepfather where both alcoholics, and the one thing I did learn from them was substance abuse.  I struggled with alcohol and drugs throughout my adolescence and early twenties.
During this dark period I met the love of my life.  Amazingly she stayed with me even when things got really dark in my life.  I finally reached a point of mental and physical exhaustion and it was obvious I needed to change my life.  I became a member of the recovery movement, and for the last seventeen years of my life I have been clean and sober.   Recovery taught me how to live, how to love myself, ask for help, share with others, and most importantly listen.
After I had been in recovery for a few years in recovery I would become the proud Father of two exceptional children.  My children help me see the beauty in the little things in life as well as remind me how amazing it is.   My daughter is an extraordinary fast pitch softball player and my son is an actor. Unlike my childhood my children have a positive role model and father figure in their lives. My children understand that they can live the life of their dreams and are even doing it at twelve and nine years of age,
Recovery gave me the tools to change, and awareness to recognize my need for more in life. Realizing my role as an author and a Life coach has given me more specialized tools and the ability to achieve an extraordinary life. After beating my head against a brick wall a few thousand times, I quit trying to fit into an ordinary life. I have nothing against ordinary, but for me it just doesn't work.

There are proven and immutable laws to follow in order to reach your true potential, to achieve greatness and your dream life.    My journey may or may not be like yours, but our ultimate goals can be the same, to live a life of complete happiness.
