Jacob and Sorrel are two caterpillars who grow up together in the same rhubarb patch. This is a lovely story about the plans they make and their different characters as they grow up and prepare foe a strange change they both feel is coming.

There are beautiful illustrations on every page that really bring the text to life in a special way. There is an ethical and religious dimension and some life lessons on the nature of all things. The conclusion offers a twist, all of which makes this a lovely picture book for any age but especially for children.

The book is 35 pages long with wonderfully colourful illustrations on every page. I am a qualified teacher of further education specializing in communication and the illustrator was studying at university when she created the images.

I self-published this book, it has been professionally edited, equaling anything you would find in a bookshop.
