If we read the Bible with the view 'How does this show me Jesus?' we will begin to see Christ in all its pages.... and as we meet Him there we will be transformed. (2 Cor 3:18). This introductory mini-book is the first of a series entitled 'Jesus in the Old Testament' and complements the teaching series of the same name. However it can be read on its own or used for small group study.

This mini-book uses 7 revelatory threads to help you to see Jesus in the Old Testament:
- hidden in the text
- by His teaching
- as God in visible form
- as part of the Trinity
- through the hopes of His family
- anticipated by prophecy
- by types and models.

Christen Forster is widely recognised as a fresh and original Bible teacher, who brings people into a love and confidence in scripture. In 2012 he felt prompted to start deliberately teaching on Jesus in both the Old and New Testaments in various formats and settings; to start consolidating and sharing the fruit of over a quarter of a century of research and revelation.

These notes are a first written resource in a process that hopes to further the discovery of Jesus as the foundation and fulfilment of God's communication into human history. In time this series of notes will expand to cover the whole Bible.
