Carter is new to the city and new to the business world. When his coworker, Brian, invites him to join the Key Club, Carter thinks it will be a great way to meet other men in the city. He has no idea what the Key Club is or what is required to join, but he does know that it is for gay men only and that is good enough for him.
Excerpt:
Everyone knew the rules of the Key Party, but for the new members the president outlined them anyway.
“You will place your house keys in the basket here and then each of you will draw out one key and report to the house of the key’s owner where you will spend the entire evening. Now, those of you who are single will choose from a separate basket containing the keys of our more adventurous members.” He laughed at his own wit. “This way no one is left out of the fun. Remember, though, if there is no one at your house right now waiting, do not put your key in the basket.”

“We’re almost there,” Hunter assured him.
Carter looked at Brian, showing uneasiness in his face that also showed in Brian’s.
The vines were tall outlining the path and it was getting very dark. They could barely see Hunter in front of them.
“Hunter, slow down, will you.”
“It’s just up ahead,” he said.
When they finally reached a clearing, there was a very nice cottage, well lit, and it appeared to be very well maintained.
Hunter looked behind him. “Here it is, my little secret,” he proudly announced to Brian and Carter.
Brian and Carter had no idea what to think. “Who lives here, Hunter?”
“Come inside, but you can never tell Mike that you were here, promise?”
