Two families, from different walks of life, brought together by the birth of their sons. Two families whose lives have been turned upside down by gang violence.
John Chandler is a prominent family law attorney and his wife Courtney,is a child abuse counselor. Ivan Monroe,a bus driver, whose route takes him into dangerous gang territory and his wife, Bernice, always ready to help someone in need, was a waitress until the birth of their son. Sharing a goal to help miss-guided children, together, these two families start a sports club to help keep kids off the streets and avoid gang life. Their lives become intertwined with a gang leader, who is trying to escape gang life, but by doing so, causing life changing turmoil for one of their sons. When tragedy strikes, their bond grows even deeper and confirms what is important,
